Key Responsibilities- Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to drive business performance.
- Lead and drive operational efficiencies and compliance across all manufacturing sites.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product quality and quality management system performance.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement activities to prevent problems and resolve issues efficiently.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a closely related technical discipline.
- 18+ years of experience leading a team or equivalent education and years of management experience.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably medical device and/or pharmaceutical.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional writing and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other national and international regulations and standards.
As a senior leadership position in the company, this role is expected to demonstrate Integra Leadership Capabilities, including Enterprise Mindset, Thought Leadership, Drive Performance, and Enable Talent.
