Job Summary

This key role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers, while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to drive business performance.
  • Lead and drive operational efficiencies and compliance across all manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product quality and quality management system performance.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement activities to prevent problems and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • 18+ years of experience leading a team or equivalent education and years of management experience.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably medical device and/or pharmaceutical.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional writing and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other national and international regulations and standards.
