About the Position

Serve as a Program and Operations Specialist with the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff located in Fort Knox, Kentucky. This position plays a critical role in managing systems for coding new US Army Enlistment Options and Incentives Program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage systems to ensure efficient processing of enlistment options and incentives
  • Analyze data to validate requirements or incentives, mission, and system enhancements within Management Decision Package (MDEP)
  • Develop and present briefings on technical accession system requirements and functional recruiting and security screening processes
  • Represent recruiting systems to ensure technical solutions meet accession mission requirements
Requirements

To qualify, you must have one year of specialized experience which includes analyzing the obligation and expenditure of funds for program purposes in reporting to agency top management; resolving accession processing or system issues to provide preferred courses of action; and manipulating system to construct resource information necessary to manage programs and/or prepare budgets.

Qualifications

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in financial management, oral communication, planning, and evaluating.

Education

This position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Experience alone may not be substituted for education.

Additional Information

A salary of approximately $76,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, is offered for this position. Direct deposit of pay is required. Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
