At PULAU, we're seeking a highly skilled Electronic Technician Maintenance I to join our team at Fort Knox, KY.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations Maintenance Program (ATMP) contract.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing military simulator components. Additionally, you'll build, fabricate, and repair wooden targets for range operations, conduct ground maintenance, and apply basic technical knowledge of electronics principles to determine and solve equipment malfunctions.

As an Electronic Technician Maintenance I, you'll capture and record accurate and timely maintenance history, ensuring that unique corrective measures for work orders and repair are annotated into the AWARE Management Information System (MIS). You'll also share maintenance issues and general operations updates with senior technicians, support quality/ISO, security, and safety training programs, and safeguard all assigned equipment issued by PULAU Corporation against loss, theft, and damage.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as an Electronics Technician Maintenance or related position.
  • Past work experience with repairing military computer-based simulation devices or related equipment is preferred.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment and lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read and understand manufacturers' manuals or technical documents.
  • Must be able to work outside including in inclement weather.
  • Must be able to acquire a Government Common Access Card (CAC) for access to other installations.
  • Must be able to travel on temporary duty to other installations Including OCONUS.
  • Must be able to work occasional shift, night, weekend, or holiday hours in support of military training.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $27.24 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation and benefits packages.
