The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the TRICARE health plan and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also be able to analyze information, research problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Key responsibilities will include providing accurate explanations of TRICARE health plan policies and procedures, responding to beneficiary, provider, and government inquiries, and implementing self-directed activities to analyze, coordinate, process, and complete actions to correct multifaceted problems.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in developing and sustaining a high-performing network in designated Prime Service Areas (PSAs) and Non-Prime Service Areas (NPSAs), and conducting regular and ad hoc market laydown assessments to determine the capability and capacity of TRICARE providers.

  • Strong computer skills with business software and superior organizational skills
