About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project controls processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Project Controls Plans: Create comprehensive project controls plans, including cost control, change management, and cost estimating procedures.
  • Implement Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve project controls processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze Project Data: Gather and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Design and implement dashboards and reports to communicate project performance to stakeholders in real-time.
  • Evaluate Project Performance: Perform trend analysis and evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Project Services/Project Controls in Oil & Gas EPC.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, excellent oral and written communications, and strong people skills.
