Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new source review (NSR), non-attainment NSR, and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting processes;
  • Oversee Title V permitting and related regulatory requirements;
  • Direct regulatory air dispersion modeling using US EPA recommended models;
  • Coordinate emission calculations and emissions inventory development;
  • Ensure best available control technology (BACT) assessments are conducted;
  • Perform regulatory applicability analyses for state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited institution in engineering or a related scientific field;
  • Mastery of at least 7 years of air quality consulting experience, with 2 years in a project management role;
  • Thorough understanding of engineering principles, including chemical processes and emissions control technologies.
  • Proficiency in software and tools applicable to projects (e.g., AERMOD, ArcGIS, TRI-ME).
