Position Overview: We are eager to welcome a Client Relationship Manager to our Property & Casualty team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Assess the needs and risks of existing clients, aiding in the development of tailored insurance programs. Strengthen client relationships through timely and professional technical support.
  • Client Service Management: Independently manage daily client service tasks, including renewal marketing and insurance placement. Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain awareness of service issues.
  • Account Oversight: Take ownership of accounts, attend relevant meetings, and ensure accurate account administration, including policy renewals and invoicing.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage complex insurance plans and interpret policy provisions to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage.
  • Sales Collaboration: Participate in the sales process for new and renewal accounts, identifying opportunities for additional services and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Team Coordination: Work effectively with team members to ensure client service responsibilities are met and develop positive working relationships within the agency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or risk management within the insurance sector.
