We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Educator at Primrose School of Worthington.
About the RoleAs a Support Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with our research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a well-rounded education.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster genuine relationships with each child, understanding their unique needs and abilities, and providing individualized attention and support.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with our experienced teaching team to implement lesson plans, share best practices, and provide feedback.
