At Associated Home Care, we understand the complexities of aging and are dedicated to transforming the way care is delivered to seniors. With over two decades of experience, we have established a robust service model, nurtured enduring referral partnerships, and developed a forward-thinking brand aimed at meeting the needs of future clients. As one of the largest private home care providers in the nation, we prioritize the health and well-being of both our employees and the clients we serve.

The Role
We are a purpose-driven organization focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, well-coordinated in-home service network that is compassionate, technologically advanced, and meticulously managed. As the healthcare landscape evolves, we recognize the growing demand for convenient and cost-effective care solutions, particularly as the baby boomer generation ages.

Position Summary:
In the role of Healthcare Liaison, you will be instrumental in spearheading our growth initiatives within the private pay sector across Massachusetts and Seacoast New Hampshire. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and cultivating strong client relationships. This position entails thorough account development across various healthcare sectors, including hospitals, physicians, post-acute care agencies, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, payers, and community partners. A proactive sales approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the healthcare environment are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to strategic account management, assessing client needs, delivering service presentations, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Develop quarterly business plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed admission targets set by senior leadership by meeting new revenue goals within your designated territory.
  • Exhibit empathy while understanding potential clients' needs and effectively communicating the advantages of our non-medical home care services.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain all sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Intake and Case Management teams to enhance care coordination and client admissions.
  • Adhere to established sales and marketing strategies while welcoming constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside sales and marketing management on initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and relationship building.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the organization as a knowledgeable resource for home care services in a professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in home health, home care, or hospice is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency in converting leads and addressing complex challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
  • Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and using hands to manipulate objects are required.

Work Environment:

  • This position is field-based with occasional office presence for scheduled meetings.
  • Collaboration with territory-specific care centers is expected.

Benefits:

  • 401k plan.
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
