Position: Account Manager - Field Sales

About Qual Chem: Established in 1984 and incorporated in 2004, Qual Chem manufactures all its products in the U.S. We serve a diverse clientele, including military, major hotels, hospitals, school districts, municipalities, senior living facilities, golf courses, and government entities.

Compensation: Our commission structure allows for earnings between $100,000 to $200,000 in your first year, with potential to exceed $300,000 in subsequent years due to repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in face-to-face cold calling to acquire new clients.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate a self-driven and independent work ethic.
  • Operate with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage time effectively and communicate clearly with clients.
