Procurement and Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our team at Milestone Technologies. This role will be responsible for managing the procurement and contract process for our Platform Engineering team, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the procurement and contract process for Platform Engineering, including contract renewals and procurement of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering managers, directors, and VPs, as well as external partners and suppliers.
- Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures, and that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide budget tracking and reporting for Platform Engineering External Spend and Cost to Serve spend at project and budget line item level.
- Collaborate with the business, Sourcing, and legal teams to facilitate the contract renewal process.
- Process intake for new contracts into the system workflow and facilitate the contract as it flows through Legal review and Sourcing negotiation.
- Help optimize and document the contracts management program from all angles.
- Create and maintain wiki reference guides on the contracts process for the wider organization.
- Serve as the SME and the go-to person for the contracts process logistics with all partner teams - Sourcing, Legal, business stakeholders, procurement, and forecasting teams.
- Have a solid understanding of Procure to Pay downstream operations.
- Business English fluency.
- Operational mindset with a focus on execution.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with systems and processes by working with necessary stakeholders.
- Diligent problem-solving skills and takes accountability for decisions and actions.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions, and possess a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of DocuSign CLM, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in working with both cash-basis and P&L (amortization/depreciation) calculations and budget forecasting.
- Experience interfacing with mixed business support models full-time employees & outsourced teams.
- Prior experience with program management and/or operations management.
