Key Responsibilities

As a Client Services Coordinator at True Homes, you will be responsible for owning the client experience, communications, and expectations from closing through the warranty period.

Key Accountabilities
  • Respond to clients, trade partners, and internal team members in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all clients are responded to in an appropriate manner and monitored regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in client services or a related field is preferred, but not required.
