Program Coordinator - Project Manager | Secret Clearance

HOW A PROGRAM COORDINATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Oversees and is accountable for the successful execution of all tasks within the assigned project. Manages a team of at least 15 personnel.
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight to assigned projects or tasks, including management of contracts and subcontractors.
  • Engages in the formulation of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules, and administrative documentation.
  • May deliver high-level technical services on assigned tasks.
  • Conducts planning and offers recommendations to clients regarding task workloads.
  • Manages the risk tracking process.
  • Participates in client meetings and may act as a liaison.
  • Collaborates with vendors, other agencies, and client staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinates the development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project outputs.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Skills:

Must be proficient in the correct use of English grammar and provide technical, quality control, and administrative guidance for personnel performing development tasks, including reviewing work products for accuracy, quality, adherence to design concepts, and compliance with Government standards, as well as progress in accordance with contract schedules.

Shall coordinate with the technical point of contact and Project Lead/Program Manager to ensure effective problem resolution and user satisfaction.

Shall make recommendations and prepare milestone status reports. The Program Coordinator shall be required to manage multiple concurrent projects.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,331 - $154,211. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements, and could fall outside of this range.
