Job Summary

Pallet is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize manufacturing systems
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, production, and maintenance management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
