Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Provider to join our team at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to women and men in our community.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive reproductive health services, including gynecologic exams, cancer screenings, and family planning counseling.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote health and wellness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current CA Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife license required.
- Current furnishing license required (for NP).
- Current BLS & ACLS certification required from American Heart Association.
- Master's/Graduate degree required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends (2 Saturdays per month).
- New grads welcome.
- Women's healthcare specialty preferred.
- Clinical experience in acute care environment (ER, ICU, Med Surg) and/or several years experience in OR/Surgical environment preferred.
- Flexibility to be deployed to other sites in case of low volume.
- Be available to work On-Call shifts to provide patient care up to six (6) days annually.
- Valid driver license and reliable means of transportation required.

Hiring Range: $70-80 per hour (Non-Exempt)
