Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

With a strong presence across multiple states, we specialize in advanced procedures such as CoolSculpting, Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photo Facials, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Neurotoxins, Fillers, PRP, and Microneedling.
POSITION SUMMARY: We are in search of a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our esteemed team of medical professionals. This role is intended for individuals with a solid background in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or a med spa environment. Candidates lacking relevant experience will not be considered.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a dedicated and talented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a keen eye for aesthetics. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and possess a strong desire to expand your expertise and deliver exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer top-tier cosmetic injectable treatments, laser therapies, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive procedures under the guidance of the Medical Director.
- Gather client intake forms, consent documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct thorough examinations, consultations, and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Capture before and after images for client records.
- Educate clients about all available treatments and products offered by Kalologie.
- Promote the clinic's services, treatments, retail products, and ongoing promotions.
- Provide information on complementary procedures and products that enhance treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to established protocols and compliance policies.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in various clinic operations as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra).
- Current licensure in California as a PA-C or NP.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics; hands-on training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with patient EMR systems, charting, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
