Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Hotels As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for creating lasting impressions on our guests through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
• Welcoming guests warmly and checking them in efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
• Handling phone calls and responding to guest inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Providing personalized attention to detail and anticipating guest needs, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting positively on the hotel's standards and promoting a positive work environment
• Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient guest experience, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
What We Offer

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
