Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities to develop and maintain skills, live more independently, and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve daily living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation
  • Maintain annual training requirements to ensure expertise in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments and schedules
