Position Overview

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a Supervisor for our Recovery Support Services Division. This role is essential in guiding Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS) as they assist individuals in overcoming substance use challenges. The Supervisor will embody the principles of mentorship, advocacy, and motivation, playing a crucial role in fostering long-term recovery and preventing relapse.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (schedule may vary based on client needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of CRS and provide constructive feedback.

• Facilitate orientation and training for new staff members within the Recovery Support Services program and related facility initiatives.

• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for Certified Recovery Support personnel.

• Support employee disciplinary procedures as necessary.

• Create and manage employee schedules, including training sessions.

• Conduct performance assessments for team members.

• Assist in client interventions as required.

• Adhere to the objectives outlined in recovery plans.

• Recognize emergency or crisis situations and coordinate access to appropriate resources, ensuring individuals are connected with necessary support systems.

• Maintain ethical conduct in accordance with the standards set by the Pennsylvania Certification Board.

• Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during recovery support services.

• Attend various meetings, including weekly staff and leadership gatherings, as well as any additional facility meetings as requested.

• Complete all mandatory training and professional development requirements.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties
Provide ongoing training and daily support to the CRS team.

Qualifications
Licensure, Education, & Experience

• Current certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board as a Certified Recovery Specialist.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience or two years of relevant experience in a substance use treatment environment.

• Preference for candidates with experience in behavioral health or general healthcare settings.
