Position Overview:

The Clinical Dietitian Specialist is accountable for the comprehensive nutritional care of residents, ensuring quality standards, dietary adjustments, meal distribution, and nutrition care documentation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with food service policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Participate actively in the Quality Assurance Program for food services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian is required. Current certification as a Dietary Manager or qualification as a State Dietitian for Long-Term Care is essential. A solid understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations is necessary. Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members, residents, and visitors.
