About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Industrial Refrigeration engineering team, where you'll assist in the development, review, testing, and implementation of various product configurators and workflow enhancements. You'll be working with a team of specialists who automate engineering tasks through the creation and maintenance of software and configurators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of CAD principles and practices to automate workflows
  • Coordinate with and support technical team members with automation and engineering integration tools
  • Collaborate closely with software development and other teams to understand project requirements
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CAD automation scripts and tools to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Optimize processes to enhance performance, productivity, and user experience
  • Document CAD and engineering automation workflows, configurations, and implementation details to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer among team members
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in engineering or computer science. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum: Bachelors (BS) degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or 5+ years of related experience
  • Some 3D CAD design experience (e.g., Inventor, Creo, Solidworks, Fusion 360 or similar)
  • Some experience with VBA, VB.net, C#, Python, lisp, or similar
  • Experience with database systems such as Microsoft Access, and SQL Server
  • Fluent with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
