San Marino Cafe & Marketplace seeks a Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our email, website, and social media marketing efforts.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, analyzing data, and developing targeted campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
This role plays a crucial part in developing the strategies and systems used to manage customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.
Piccadilly Grace Hospitality Group is a hospitality company founded by Linda Grace. We are a small company currently operating two fast casual cafes and a catering service.
We are transforming into a leading force in the hospitality industry, establishing renowned brands with a distinct style and exceptional culinary talent.
About the Role
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Create personalized email marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.
- Create eye-catching posts, engaging reels, and compelling stories to enhance our online presence.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase our restaurant experience.
- Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve guest experiences.
- Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep CRM strategy current.
- Work closely with our website, delivery app, social media platforms to ensure objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned.
- Own and report on Google Analytics platforms.
- Report on website, email, and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction; social posts, email marketing.
- Support the website user experience evolving it to adapt to the guest experience.
- Leverage SEO across all brands.
Requirements
