Digital Marketing Strategist for Law Firms

About the Position:
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies that enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough site audits and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Developing comprehensive content marketing strategies that leverage insights and trends to captivate target audiences and foster brand growth
- Employing meticulous link development techniques, adhering to 100% white-hat methods
- Executing targeted outreach initiatives to secure valuable link placements
- Conducting competitor analysis to glean actionable insights, identify industry trends, and inform strategic decision-making
- Assessing website performance through comprehensive site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored solutions
- Leveraging Google Analytics data to extract actionable insights, track key performance metrics, and derive recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Monitoring and analyzing rankings in Google SERPs, leveraging insights to refine SEO strategies, optimize content, and maximize organic visibility and traffic
- Conducting extensive keyword research to identify lucrative opportunities, optimize content, and drive targeted organic traffic to client websites
- Implementing on-page SEO best practices to optimize website structure, content, and metadata, ensuring maximum visibility and relevance for target keywords and topics
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in optimizing digital properties for enhanced visibility and engagement across search engines. A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency, is required. Additionally, exceptional organizational abilities coupled with adept multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and leveraging Google Analytics to extract actionable insights and interpret data trends is also necessary. Advanced skills in high-quality link building, adeptly cultivating authoritative backlinks through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts, are highly desirable. Experience with local and video optimization is preferred, as is PR experience.
Estimated Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000, plus benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for skilled professionals looking to grow their careers in digital marketing.
