We are a cutting-edge fitness company that revolutionized home workouts with our smart gym and personal trainer. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist for Growth to lead our performance marketing initiatives.

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing omnichannel paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Linear TV, OTT/Streaming platforms, Podcast/Streaming Audio, Affiliate, and Direct Mail. You will oversee the CRM strategy and execution, including email and SMS campaigns. We're looking for someone who can identify new tactics to diversify our media mix and drive performance marketing growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omnichannel paid media campaigns
  • Lead CRM strategy and execution
  • Identify new tactics to diversify media mix
  • Engage with executive stakeholders on growth marketing strategies
  • Partner with Strategy and Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning
  • Oversee marketing managers and external partners
  • Implement efficient processes and data dashboards

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience managing media buying in D2C space or subscription services
  • Experience as a people manager with coaching skills
  • Able to communicate data with storytelling
  • Experience sourcing and leading external partners
  • Strong leadership skills with cross-functional project management
  • Growth-minded with ability to adapt and solve problems in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to inform and influence decisions across all levels
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
