**Job Responsibilities**

+ Efficiently and accurately register all patients.

+ Gather demographic and financial information from patients or their representatives.

+ Conduct preliminary assessments for self-pay patients to identify potential coverage sources.

+ Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and facilitate payment for clinical services.

+ Provide information regarding hospital policies and procedures.

+ Exhibit strong customer service skills.

+ Possess basic computer proficiency.

+ Demonstrate effective phone communication skills.

+ Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED is required.

+ Preferred coursework in computer skills and medical terminology.

+ Previous experience in reception, telephone communication, and computer usage is advantageous. Comprehensive on-the-job training of 10-12 weeks will be provided.

**Work Schedule**

+ Varied shifts; 80 hours every two weeks.

+ Required to work every other weekend and holiday.

**Compensation**

The hourly wage for this position is outlined below. Actual pay will be based on experience.

+ $22.00 per hour
