Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CarePartners Living LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
  • Obtain and record patient information, including vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other relevant data.
  • Assist with mobility by turning and positioning patients, dangling, and ambulating them. Use walkers, crutches, canes, and wheelchairs as needed.
  • Collect and process specimens for diagnostic or waived tests, ensuring accuracy and timely transfer.
  • Engage in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience, including SAFETY rounding, communication fundamentals/AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care, and more.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
