We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Care PACE Program team in Asheville. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
- Assist patients with mobility, including regular turning and positioning, dangling, and ambulating.
- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other relevant data.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating and drinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
- Engage in evidence-based best practices that enhance the patient experience, including SAFETY rounding, communication fundamentals/AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care, etc.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
