We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health Care Partners PACE team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in their daily lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Collect and process specimens for diagnostic testing.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
