We are a dynamic company looking for a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.

The ideal candidate will identify customer needs and demands, and sell insurance products accordingly. Building strong relationships with customers is key to ensuring growth and preserving our firm's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell insurance products
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collect and analyze customer data to provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with company services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry (not required but preferred)
  • Basic understanding of insurance plans and policies
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and persuade individuals
  • High school diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field (not required but preferred)
