About the Opportunity
Job Summary:
The Student Experience Coordinator will play a critical role in delivering exceptional student outcomes for specific programs within the Khoury College portfolio. This position will be responsible for managing the student experience to ensure alignment with Northeastern's values around experiential learning.
This role can be located at either the Boston or Charlotte campus, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days a week on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns, serving as a liaison to various university resources.
- Collaborate with instructional support teams to facilitate learner engagement and develop communication plans.
- Organize and attend live sessions, assisting with delivery as needed.
- Collect and distribute reporting on learner success metrics, escalating specific concerns to program managers.
- Assist with course registration and manage student orientation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Demonstrated business writing and project management skills, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of related student support and/or operations management experience.
