Your Role: As the FP&A Analyst, you will be a key player in the finance team, responsible for:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Strategic Insight: Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze business performance and track key metrics.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Working closely with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For: FP&A Analyst

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
