**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and manage a team of Environmental Services personnel to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

• Develop and implement cleaning programs to maintain a clean and attractive public environment.

• Establish and maintain standards and procedures for cleaning and facilities maintenance.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members.

• Monitor and control supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.

• Participate in professional organizations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and regulations.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes honesty and trust among team members.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of experience in professional office management, cleaning environment, or large public areas facility.

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without difficulty.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
