Operational Coordinator for Radiology Department

Stanford University, a renowned institution for medical research and education, seeks an experienced Operational Coordinator to provide administrative support to its esteemed Radiology Department. The successful candidate will work closely with expert faculty and trainees, ensuring seamless operations, events, and projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling, organizing, and executing conferences, seminars, and events, including vendor management and logistics coordination.
- Drafting and generating routine communications, coordinating document production and dissemination, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Processing financial transactions, monitoring expenses, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining office safety, reporting incidents, and tracking training completion.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will possess:

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $31.79 to $37.96 per hour, commensurate with experience.
