About the Role:

GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of our warehouse, supervising a team of warehouse staff, and providing training and coaching to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
  • Prepare schedules and supervise the team
  • Monitor work quality and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
