Corporate Payroll Services Sales Professional

**Job Overview:**
At Corporate Payroll Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development through direct prospecting efforts, networking, and managing existing client relationships.
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential, with on-target earning potential between $85,000 to $95,000 in the first year.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a sales professional with at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development. If you have a proven track record of success in closing deals and managing accounts, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and marketing our payroll and HR services to businesses to close sales
- New business development through direct prospecting efforts and networking
- Scheduling and running presentations/demos with executives, business owners, and decision makers
- Managing deals and accounts using our CRM system
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development
- Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with online video meeting platforms and sales CRM systems a plus
