About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Juniper Health Solutions Inc. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving patient adoption and ensuring consistent supplement subscription orders for healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and fostering long-term account success.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of healthcare practices.
  • Practice Growth: Partner with practitioners to integrate Juniper Healths services, driving patient adoption and consistent supplement orders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure repeat orders and loyalty.
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand into new markets and maximize territory potential.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on progress.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 with 2x OTE ($240,000 - $300,000 total), plus comprehensive benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your contributions are recognized and celebrated.
