Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct client engagements and team members in both federal and state tax matters
  • Prepare and evaluate corporate and individual tax filings
  • Conduct tax research, provide training, and serve as a primary contact for clients
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and financial reporting tasks
  • Participate in consulting projects, special assignments, and other relevant duties
  • Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering exceptional tax and accounting services
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, with CPA or EA certification required
  • At least 3 years of experience in federal and multi-state income taxation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and accounting practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
