About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships to provide year-round tax services
  • Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and virtually using video conferencing, phone, chat, and email
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of tax experience
  • Experience completing individual tax returns
  • Tax planning and audit support
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
  • Comfort working with virtual tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
