Job Summary

Byrider is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service operations at our Brown Deer Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service operations, including repair orders, parts inventory, and customer service
  • Lead a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with computer systems and manage data
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the Brown Deer Service Center
What We Offer
  • $65,000 - $75,000 salary based on experience
  • Monthly incentive up to $750
