Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase brand presence in assigned retail partners.
- Provide in-store brand and product training to retail partners, focusing on sales growth opportunities and brand awareness.
- Support and execute in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions to drive sales and engagement.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, brand reporting, and retailer feedback.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail beauty/cosmetic environment.
- Hourly rate of $25 per hour, with a minimum of 20-25 hours in-store per week and additional 2-3 hours of desk work per week.
- Weekly 1-1 meetings with National Manager to discuss sales performance and strategies.
- 4-5 days in-store per week to support sales growth, education/training for retail partners, and in-store events.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the San Francisco/Bay Area region to visit retail partners.
- Ability to carry event materials and heavy boxes of product for events/store visits.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
