Community Property Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist potential residents throughout their journey in our community, reflecting our core values.
- Develop innovative renewal strategies and ensure transparent communication with residents during the renewal phase.
- Conduct regular assessments of the community to monitor vacancies, communal spaces, and maintenance facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance personnel and service providers to guarantee all units are ready for occupancy.
- Formulate annual budgets, strategic plans, and financial analyses for our stakeholders.
- Adjust pricing and renewal tactics based on market trends and insights.
- Act as a mentor and guide to leasing agents and coordinators.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving skills while maintaining a constructive attitude.
- Encourage teamwork and inspire colleagues towards shared goals.
- Promote harmony among all stakeholders at the property level.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management.
- Possession of a real estate license along with relevant certifications or designations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Capability to analyze market data and make informed strategic choices.
