Position Overview

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist potential residents throughout their journey in our community, reflecting our core values.
  • Develop innovative renewal strategies and ensure transparent communication with residents during the renewal phase.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the community to monitor vacancies, communal spaces, and maintenance facilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with maintenance personnel and service providers to guarantee all units are ready for occupancy.
  • Formulate annual budgets, strategic plans, and financial analyses for our stakeholders.
  • Adjust pricing and renewal tactics based on market trends and insights.
  • Act as a mentor and guide to leasing agents and coordinators.
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving skills while maintaining a constructive attitude.
  • Encourage teamwork and inspire colleagues towards shared goals.
  • Promote harmony among all stakeholders at the property level.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management.
  • Possession of a real estate license along with relevant certifications or designations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capability to analyze market data and make informed strategic choices.
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
