As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will support the Warehouse Operations leadership team while mentoring high-potential hourly associates, providing them with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily operations of hourly warehouse associates within a designated area to meet operational targets.
  • Lead and monitor team activities, fostering accountability within the warehouse.
  • Clearly communicate daily objectives to team members.
  • Participate in regular supervisor meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Engage in management training programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills.
  • Execute assigned projects focused on leadership development.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams within the organization.

Work Schedule:
2nd Shift -
Sunday and Monday: 1:30 PM - Midnight
Tuesday and Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 12:30 PM - 11 PM
Friday: 10:30 AM - 9 PM

Work Environment:
Your role may involve working in:
  • Warehouse: Grocery Warehouse (Temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F)
  • Office: Office Environment (Temperatures ranging from 65°F to 75°F)

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, along with experience in various warehouse roles.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and operating material handling equipment (MHE), effective communication abilities, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that include seeing, hearing, sitting, and handling paperwork, with occasional standing, walking, driving, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and lifting items weighing between 20 lbs. and over 60 lbs.
  • Other Requirements: Compliance with safety regulations, including wearing steel-toed shoes.
