This position requires a deep understanding of automation control systems and their application in industrial settings. You will design, develop, and implement control systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation control systems for industrial processes.
  • Electrical system modification and commissioning of industrial control and safety systems.
  • Debug and modify PLC and robot programs to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of SCADA applications (Ignition, Kepware, AWS, etc.) for real-time monitoring and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with common automation control systems (PLCs, robots, CNC).
  • Proven expertise in controls and automation software development environments (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Control Logix).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design and process optimization.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
  • A strong understanding of world-class quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Able to earn trust and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
