Blue Origin is a leader in space technology and innovation, and we are seeking a talented Control Systems Lead to join our Test & Flight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide centralized support to Business Units with a focus on design, build, and maintenance of ground systems, test and launch facilities across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building data acquisition and ground support electrical control systems specifically focused on testing space vehicle sub-assemblies and liquid rocket engines. You will also be responsible for collecting customer specifications, creating electrical design packages, managing build activities through part procurement and vendor management, and supporting installation and activation of systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality. They will also be passionate about our mission and vision for safe human spaceflight.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $167,088-$233,923 based on location and experience.
