System Development Engineer Job Description:
We are building a new, foundational automation system which will transform warehouse operations by combining multiple novel workcells. As a System Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for controlling robotics systems.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software for controlling robotics systems
• Integrate with external conveyor based solutions (protocol, signals, messaging interface)
• Conduct risk assessments for robotic systems, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate safeguards in compliance with relevant safety standards

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Compensation: $116,300/year - $201,200/year (based on location)
