Job Summary
This position is accountable for recognizing business prospects, fostering growth mechanisms, and sustaining fruitful relationships with potential, current, and former clients.
The individual in this role will work alongside executives to devise business strategies aimed at achieving objectives that enhance business outreach and capabilities, while also evaluating challenges associated with diverse business portfolios.
This role will deliver essential leadership and project management across a wide array of subjects, including analytical support for new business ventures and cross-departmental initiatives that leverage the company's extensive resources.
Job Description Duties
Translate both short-term and long-term strategic objectives and policies to stakeholders while ensuring the delivery of top-tier, competitively priced services under the guidance of the CEO/GM.
In collaboration with the CEO/GM, keep leadership apprised of GRTI and all subsidiary developmental advancements, providing recommendations for organizational planning.
Drive strategic initiatives and assist in formulating long-term growth strategies and profitability targets.Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for designated markets and departments, offering continuous reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of activities against KPIs, adjusting efforts as necessary.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to create clear objectives that align with company goals as defined by the CEO.Collaborate with GRTI's marketing division to support promotional and advertising efforts aimed at boosting sales, enhancing brand visibility, workforce development, and digital equity initiatives.
Enhance knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level.Mentor and develop supervisory personnel to optimize leadership capabilities and encourage departmental growth, nurturing future business leaders.
Assess and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion possibilities, and competitive challenges.
Manage a variety of diverse stakeholders with differing viewpoints, resolve conflicts, facilitate collective analysis and decision-making, and achieve significant outcomes.
Proactively assist in identifying and mentoring community talent through formal apprenticeship programs and other mentorship initiatives.
Evaluate challenges and requirements across markets to pinpoint opportunities for unified solutions.
Establish relationships with Arizona Tribal Broadband Companies to advocate for an intertribal network.
Perform additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

A solid grasp of GRTI's products, technologies, sales strategies, and internal business operations is crucial for achieving proficiency in this role.
Ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrating proven leadership success across a wide range of functional business challenges.Work with minimal supervision, typically within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to provide rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management.
Ability to offer fair and consistent leadership to staff; assess the performance of team members and enhance their skills and talents.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and deadlines; capable of working amidst frequent interruptions.Utilize logic and reasoning to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Exercise judgment and decision-making; weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to select the most suitable option.
Knowledge of rural telecommunications markets.
Experience working with Tribal Nations and Communities.
Strong computer skills:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and billing software (e.g., MACC).
Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policy.
Successfully collaborate within a culturally diverse work environment.
Consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, and accuracy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A thorough understanding of general business management typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
