Capture Management 3 Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capture Management 3 professional to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a Capture Manager, you will be responsible for leading capture-related activities for small to medium-sized programs, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, customer relationships, and alignment of priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships, analyzing and shaping the customer acquisition approach, and collaborating with Government Relations on engagement strategies and execution.
- Establish capture strategy and tactics to produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and price-to-win analysis results to improve competitive posture.
- Develop clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program pursuit.
- Build relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business management, strategy, business and finance, contracts and global supply chain, technology and engineering offices and functions.
- Develop and manage investment capture project funds, schedule, and execution.
- Manage the proposal development process, writing proposal responses and developing pricing to deliver compelling and compliant proposals.
- Create clear, concise, and actionable briefings to the NGC leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years in a technical or business role applicable to capture management.
- Self-directed leader with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply project management skills to lead small teams.
- Experience with effective communication with senior management and peers from all aspects of NG Business.
- Aptitude to develop and execute to a strategy.
- Experience establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Active Secret Clearance required at the time of application.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or business/finance.
- Experience directly contributing to the success of competitive captures of $200M in value or greater.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with recent SSBI.
- Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Knowledge of NASA and US DoD acquisition processes and Customer organizations (Army, Air Force, Navy, MDA, DARP A, SSC, etc.).
Salary Range:
$156,000 - $234,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
