Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business opportunities.
  • Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development, including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians, and partner facilities.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and work to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
  • Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions, including educational opportunities, practice services, and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
  • Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals, and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
