Randstad is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our client in their human resources functions. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in human resources, finance, and office administration, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple teams effectively. Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the organization's HR policies and practices.
- Handle operations, employee relations, performance evaluations, onboarding processes, policy interpretation, and compliance.
- Engage with benefits consultants to ensure optimal employee benefits.
- Supervise office staff and assign roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling.
- Process payroll accurately and timely.
- Lead the accounting team and provide backup support as needed.
Required Skills:
- HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration
- Bookkeeping
- Effective Scheduling
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Experience Level: Experienced professional.
