Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the organization's HR policies and practices.
  • Handle operations, employee relations, performance evaluations, onboarding processes, policy interpretation, and compliance.
  • Engage with benefits consultants to ensure optimal employee benefits.
  • Supervise office staff and assign roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Lead the accounting team and provide backup support as needed.
