Position Overview

The Good Feet Store - LRG Investments Group is on the lookout for an IT Systems Administrator who will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role involves providing essential technical assistance and ensuring our systems operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management and support of the Salesforce platform, including user roles, object customization, and flow management.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and network issues effectively.
  • Evaluate capacity needs and suggest necessary hardware and software upgrades.
  • Establish and maintain a robust network infrastructure.
  • Deliver technical support and expertise to end-users and fellow IT staff.
  • Install and configure computers, workstations, printers, and additional devices as required.
  • Provide both in-person and remote support to users.
  • Enhance site traffic through the implementation of SEO best practices.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an IT role.
  • Proficient in Windows desktop operating systems and various MS server versions.
